Terms of Service
Our Core Delivery Standards
Welcome to YourCoder. These terms govern the professional relationship between our engineering team and our clients. By utilizing our services, you agree to these protocols designed to ensure project success and data integrity.
1. Professional Service Scope
YourCoder provides high-end web development, AI-driven automation, and cybersecurity solutions. Every project follows a strict Discovery Phase where technical requirements are baseline-mapped. Any modifications to this scope post-approval will be managed via a change-order process to adjust timelines and budgets fairly.
2. Data Collection & Privacy Policy
We believe in Minimalist Data Collection. We do not engage in intrusive tracking or behavioral monitoring.
- Contact Information: We only collect data voluntarily submitted through our Contact Form (Name, Email, Project Details).
- Data Usage: This information is used solely to respond to your inquiries and manage your specific project requirements.
- Confidentiality: Your project ideas and data are never shared, sold, or leased to third-party marketing entities.
3. Payment Cycles & Financial Terms
To maintain our dedicated engineering sprints, we operate on a structured milestone-based payment cycle:
- Commencement Deposit: A 50% non-refundable advance is required to initiate the architecture and research phase.
- Final Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full prior to final deployment, server migration, or source code handover.
- Cancellations: Projects cancelled after development has started will be billed for the work completed up to that date.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership is transferred upon 100% payment clearance. The client gains full Intellectual Property (IP) rights to the custom source code and assets. YourCoder retains the right to display the project in its professional portfolio for agency promotion, unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.
5. Security & Post-Handover Liability
YourCoder builds with enterprise-grade security standards. However, our liability ends once the project is successfully deployed. We are not responsible for:
- Third-party hosting failures (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.).
- API changes or depreciations in external services.
- Security breaches caused by weak client-side password management or leaked credentials.
6. Termination of Agreement
Both parties have the right to terminate the partnership with a 7-day written notice if the other party fails to meet their contractual obligations. In such instances, all completed work will be delivered upon settlement of the pending dues for the work done.
Acknowledging these terms ensures a secure and productive digital partnership.
